How could I have been so stupid ! I'm awfully sorry. I was in fact playing with several tools on a "suicide machine". Lookinglass was one of them, but not the only one (and yes, definitely, it's a stand alone EXE). The funny "talking un-install procedure" is the one of Goolag, the google based pentest lauched a few days ago by the CDC.
Morality : do not uninstall several tools at the same time when cleaning your crash-test machine. Sorry agn for this totally stupid post. And tnks agn for LookingGlass. It's a very interesting companion.
BTW... how are running your tests with USRP ? This kind of "next generation multipurpose pentest platform" for wireless devices is very funny. Not only for the most obvious cellular/Wifi/Wimax/Bluetooth devices, but for les remarked stuff.... PLC (Power Line Communication, or BPL), Dect phone, Zigbee modules, remote control... and even RFID smart cards.
Are you guys planning to maintain and enhance this? Any interest in me dropping 100 bugs on you?
ReplyDeleteYes we are, drop the bugs!
ReplyDeleteThe uninstallation procedure is absolutely splendid !
ReplyDeleteTks for this moment of pure joy
:-)
Marc
I am confused, I wasn't aware there was an installation feature, its a stand alone binary.
