Weev freed (for now)

The court has overturned the Weev conviction, but on the question of venue not the vague language of the CFAA. This is actually just as important. I discuss the "Venue Question" in this blog post about the appeal. Orin Kerr has his description here.

If we are lucky, Weev'll get retried in California, where the hack occurred, and we'll get the crazy Judge Kozinski to rule on the vagueness of the CFAA.
